This comfortable hotel is in central Pas de la Casa, by the Grandvalira Ski Resort. It offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas. All rooms at the Petit Hotel have a private balcony. Just had 2 nights stay here to visit family. We did not ski but plenty of people were who were staying at the hotel did. Hotel is located at the top end of town right by all the shops. No bars so very quiet, which is what we wanted. Marianne checked us in and our booking came with breakfast. Marianne showed us to the room and had put the heating on, so it was toasty warm. This was excellent customer service for me. The rooms have a lovely balcony with exceptional views. Day 1 was dry and clear, so perfect to sit and people watch. There is a fridge in the room, which you can put in whatever you want. Tea was available and a small kettle with 2 bottles of water. It’s a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts, maybe longer carrying skis etc. The hotel is really clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast, which is served in the bar, which yes is petit after the name. A lovely lady made us a coffee and we had a choice of the following:- fresh orange juice, cereal, yoghurts, fruit bowl, and ham cheese. Butter jam etc. Fresh bread which was four different choices. A selection of teas. There was scrambled egg and bacon as well. Also a selection of fresh pastries. I have to say I was very impressed, as we had read too many reviews on other hotels, which are closer to the lifts but also to the nightlife, which made us a bit weary. The reviews we did read made us book the Petit Hotel and we are glad we did. If you stay after reading this, I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We live in rural France, after living in a city for many years in the UK, so we do prefer peace and quiet. We had a bath in our room and bathrobes that all added to the experience.

This tastefully decorated hotel is set in the heart of the Pyrenees and offers guided tours and a ticket service - the ideal way to enjoy a ski and hiking trip. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. very clean, quiet, and welcoming. excellent breakfast. Joseph (Jr & Sr) were outstanding hosts. super friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive. An absolute bargain for the reasonable price.

Having travelled through Spain , France and Andorra and changing hotels every 2 days over 2 weeks I can confident say this has been the best hotel and while all the facilities are 5 star the key factor here is the people. Youness was exceptional going out of his way even beyond F&B manager duties to show us other accommodation options for our next stay. For Diego at Koy there’s was no request that he couldn’t accommodate; the Sushi(Otoro) there was best we’ve had on our trip! Rachel’s wine pairing and knowledge about wines were incredible. With the team at this hotel it was like they knew what we wanted before we asked. Definite worth a visit!

The buffet was ample & an ala carte menu was also available. The service at breakfast was very friendly & any request satisfied in a timely manner.

The greatest advantage is how close it is to the ski lift, you only have to walk a couple meters. It also has a ski locker and access to a spa (with a pool, sauna and bath) and a small gym. We were also very close to L’Abarset, which is one of the best places for apré-ski in Grandvalira. El Tarter is beautiful and you can easily visit the other sectors or Andorra la Vella.

The best experience for the last 4-5 Years. If you compare with other hotels this should be full 4-stars, but not just 3-stars hotel. Amazing food included (everyday new menu). Good breakfasts, nice SPA (with really hot Sauna). Bus stop near hotel. Just 1 minute walking from telecabina Canillo. You can get fast the center of Grandvalira from sector Canillo (about 15-20 minutes) and coming back also very easy.

Parking in front is paid from 8:00 to 20:00 I believe, but if you ride the Andbus transfer the bus stops are very close. The heating was good and the apartment was cozy. There is a large river in front of the main bedroom/balcony that is quite loud, this might be a good or bad thing

A little point that you should mention, when go to Pas de la Casa by car. There is no free parking in the city even with Grandvalira ski pass. But you can leave it on the streets and pay a little at the parking meter.

I like the view from our room, it is near to Grandvalira and the hotel also have shuttle van going to the ski resort which is hassle free for us as we don't have a car. The receptionists is very friendly and informative. They also speak english and answered our query.

First of all, the staff is very nice and helpful! We really liked the room! We asked for a balcony and we got 2 :) This is our first ski vacation and the hotel is very close to the ski lift of the Grandvalira resort. I hope that we'll return next year

Amazing location right next to the gondola with lockers and ski shop all within the same complex. The food was great. We opted for half board in the buffet restaurant which had a great variety for breakfast and dinner. Rooms cleaned every day with a turn down service. Junior Suited are large and spacious for a family of 4. The staff delighted to help at every opportunity, despite it being the final week of the season.
