We loved our short stay here and hope to return again.

Room is so spacious. Nothing too much trouble. The wellness spa is over more floors than I can count it is better than anything I have ever experienced. I had a treatment daily and all were so highly experienced that the treatments were amazing

The staff is absolutely lovely, very attentive with all our needs. The breakfast was really great. The room was much bigger than we thought.

I was for dome reason, upgraded from a small Dingle room to a very spacious double room with a balcony. For some (other) reason, a Kufsteiner card with free admission to the fort and the Kaiser lift included n the price so don’t really have anything to complain about. Very good value for the money. Good central location and good breakfast.

The shower was exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding. All local breads, cheese, and meats. The manager at reception was professional and friendly. She was at breakfast too and made sure everyone had what they needed. We loved this hotel.
