The hotel is modern, well designed and very clean and our room was very comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and plentiful with a great choice of different options. It was also possible to eat dinner in the hotel, which occurred to be a great solution for us.

Extremely good localisation! The ski slopes are really just outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious! Saunas were always empty so we were able to use them. The swimmingpool has water at a very pleasant temperature. The gym was also usually empty and easily usable. It was very silent in the hotel. It is a very good option to buy dinners at the hotel as there is very limited number of other open restaurants in Obertauern!

We happened to stop by here in Dec 2021 and enjoyed a couple of meals in the restaurant, and were severed by the wonderful Philippe, so when it popped up as an accommodation option, we grabbed it. And it didn't disappoint. They are going through a staged refurbishment programme, so some of the rooms have been refitted in a modern alpinee style and they are lovely. More will be completed this summer. We've already booked for 2024 so looking forward to our return. And my daughter loved the chance to ride on the snowmobile from the parking to the hotel and back (and Dad is looking forward to the chance to get a ride in a piste basher next year!)
