From check in to check out, we enjoyed all the facilities, such as the spa, the indoor pool with perfect warm water. The restaurant has very good food at a good price, and the basement area with bowling, billiards and bar has a great atmosphere!

I like almost everything. The Spa is the reason we went there. Hot 🔥 mineral 💧 water. The Spa facilities are very good. They have few inside pools and some outside. It was Winter with cold 🥶 weather but still one of the mini pool with jacuzzi was working 💪 with fresh hot mineral water. It was amazing experience really. Staff was 👍 OK. Reception man was very polite.

I found this place on booking.com and arrived 20 minutes after booking! Dimitri the manager met and accompanied me in a lovely room with view of the mountains. I enjoyed it here.but wish i had longer to stay.

The room was not so large but very modern and well-organized. Everything was neat, cozy, and professional, from excellent water pressure in the shower to kettle and tea. Electric chimney adds to the atmosphere :) The hosts were amazing as well.

This is a fantastic accommodation in a quiet place. Iliana, the owner is a unique person. She is very helpful. We had an appartment on the highest floor and I had a backpain. Seems to be incompatible. In most hotels without a lift, it would be the case. But not at Iliana´s place! She did not hesitate a moment to bring our luggage upstairs and the day of departure, she was again there to help. She also prepares any food one wishes, and it was very tasty. Even though she was always busy, Iliana never lost her patience and listened carefully to my "broken" Bulgarian. To cut a long story short, it is worth to stay at Iliana´s place just to get to know her!

Extremely comfortable layout of the apartment with a spacious living room and bedroom, a large terrace with a view of the magical Rhodope Mountains. The restaurant at the complex is still being developed and leaves much to be desired. I would recommend the new Nero complex to the guests of the beautiful Pamporovo resort!

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with all the questions we threw at them. The rooms are spacious enough with nice view from the balcony. Every area of the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant offers a great variety of local cuisine and the ingredients were also locally sourced. I was guest the 4th time, and the stay was a real pleasure, as usual. Only minor complaint this time I have: The weather was too warm. Because I like to switch between the hot water, and the fresh, cold air. Which was not cold, now :-)

Everything was excellent. The staff was very polite. The spa was very pleasant. The food was delicious, there were many options. The tomatoes were extremely delicious. The room was comfortable and large. The view from the room to the mountains and hills was nice.
