Friendly and professional staff, attentive to our needs. food amazing. many saunas. we got also apartment upgraded after 2 days, that was not expected to be specially in the Christmas time. From check in to check out, we enjoyed all the facilities, such as the spa, the indoor pool with perfect warm water. The restaurant has very good food at a good price, and the basement area with bowling, billiards and bar has a great atmosphere!

The Spa is the reason we went there. Hot 🔥 mineral 💧 water. The Spa facilities are very good. They have few inside pools and some outside. It was Winter with cold 🥶 weather but still one of the mini pool with jacuzzi was working 💪 with fresh hot mineral water. It was amazing experience really. Staff was 👍 OK. Reception man was very polite.

I found this place on booking.com and arrived 20 minutes after booking! Dimitri the manager met and accompanied me in a lovely room with view of the mountains. I enjoyed it here.but wish i had longer to stay.

The room was not so large but very modern and well-organized. Everything was neat, cozy, and professional, from excellent water pressure in the shower to kettle and tea. Electric chimney adds to the atmosphere :) The hosts were amazing as well.

This is a fantastic accommodation in a quiet place. Iliana, the owner is a unique person. She is very helpful. We had an appartment on the highest floor and I had a backpain. Seems to be incompatible. In most hotels without a lift, it would be the case. But not at Iliana´s place! She did not hesitate a moment to bring our luggage upstairs and the day of departure, she was again there to help. She also prepares any food one wishes, and it was very tasty. Even though she was always busy, Iliana never lost her patience and listened carefully to my "broken" Bulgarian. To cut a long story short, it is worth to stay at Iliana´s place just to get to know her!
