Just off the Trans-Canada Highway, this hotel is 4 km from Golden Golf Club. It features on-site dining and an indoor pool with hot tub. Soundproofed guest rooms offer free WiFi. The receptionist was very helpful, we were originally allocated a room on its own right by the hotels liquor store. The manager of the store explained that the store was open until 11 at night and her staff would be back and forth between store and room next to ours all the time so it would be noisy although she would ask the staff to try to keep noise to a minimum. When we went back to ask for another room the receptionist was very apologetic - think new and hadn’t realised - she then gave us a room facing the mountains on the 3rd floor. She also rang in the evening to check that everything was ok and asked again each time we passed her in reception.

The place is just perfect, in a nice surrounding, with a sauna and whirlpool. We felt more than welcome, Cathy and Bruce were so warmhearted and welcoming! There are many words said about the breakfast, but I can only also add: outstanding. So good, Cathy could easily be a star chef! THanks for having Katharina and me!
