Betty Ann went above and beyond to help us out when we let her know that we'd come expecting to be in a self-catering unit - completely our mistake as we have a different definition of "kitchenette" in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 . We expected a kitchen sink and dishes, cutlery etc.

Twin Peaks B&B in Mindemoya provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. Amazing place, like living a dream... the hostess Leslie is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. The breakfast was amazing. Would recommend this B&B 150%. No complaints whatsoever. Planning to stay there again in the future. Beautiful place 🥰

Wayside Motel Manitoulin is located in Manitowaning. All rooms feature a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an HDMI cable. Guests can enjoy high speed internet. Everything. It was super clean. Elizabeth and her son were fantastic hosts - helpful, accommodating and friendly. The patio area was a gem for evening sunset viewing and morning coffee. They were super helpful with the use of their bbq too. Overall it’s top notch, conveniently located near the highway, but far enough back away from it. The town of Manitowaning is really peaceful, and the beach is a 2min drive from the motel. It is a short drive to Sheguiandah and Little Current as well as South Baymouth (ferry terminal). As a former resident of Little Current, returning home for a visit, I discovered Manitowaning from a new perspective and found it to be an amazing little place to stay. Can’t say enough about the Wayside and the owners.

Very nicely appointed, spacious, comfortable, convenient and the reception staff were amazing - they gave us a free upgrade! Really loved staying at this place and would love to stay longer!
