Situated within 200 metres of Waterfront Centre Mall Vancouver and Vancouver Lookout at Harbour Centre, EXchange Hotel Vancouver features rooms with air conditioning. Free WiFi is available. Upon entering the hotel, the fellows at the concierge desk were always very friendly and helpful. I even got a voucher for the Capilano suspension bridge from them. Sam at reception checked me in and was really nice, too. The room was really nice, the heated floor helped me withstand the cold weather. The hotel smells nice and it's really clean. They wanted to clean my room every day, even sending messages to ensure i didn't want my room cleaned. Don't get me started on the restaurant. Amazing food! I'd definitely love to come back here again.

Offering a heated outdoor lap pool and hot tub, L'Hermitage Hotel includes rooms with a flat-screen TV. Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain is 300 m away. The staff, like Mary Ann, Hrishiv and Stephanie were very helpful, friendly and informative. The kitchen in the room was clean and very well equipped. The location was excellent as it was walkable to most sites. The skytrain stations were nearby. The room was very quiet and clean. There is servicing of the room every day. There is a large supermarket and several restaurants just a few steps away from the hotel.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Decor is so beautifully done throughout the hotel. Had a chance to have some cocktails and table food on aerival which was delish and the barman was very helpful and accommodating - delicious cocktails. Finished my vacation with an early morning swim, water was nice and warm and a delicious breakfast at Bruno.... very delicious and a great price.

The suite was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The staff was extremely nice, and we had a wonderful time there. Having access to the gym and pool was an added bonus.
