Greeted with a smile and for 3 days we were treated like royalty. Information for the area and directions was so helpful and made our visit so much easier.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. We left a ring inside the safe box, and management went above and beyond to help us retrieve it back. Appreciate the care and kindness! Top hotel and top people! Beds comfortable, great view of Eiger outside of window, very close to the Bodmi ski are, super breakfast and dinner!

Helmysigt, väldigt retro, men det framgår ju av namnet. Läget perfekt för tågresenärer, fyra minuters resa från Interlaken, och fem minuters promenad. Floden framför hotellet och träbron över den gillade alla i gruppen, kyrkklockorna var det dock delade meningar om. God frukost. Prisvärt. Bra utgångspunkt för utflykter i Jungfrau-området.

The staff was very friendly at all times. The reception aswell as at the restaurant. I would 100% recommend this restaurant yo anyone travelling to lauterbrunnen. The balcony and the fresh bread for breakfast were another highlight.

Very hospitable . Collected us from the station on request. Room was fantastic with a large balcony and amazing views. Room to move and everything was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome there Breakfast was very good too great choices. Afternoon tea on the patio was a bonus when we arrived. Great place to stay walk and train to other areas. Jungfrau was not too far to visit

When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. Thank you to Mr. Raymond and Ms mai ( that's how she said her name is pronounced). Location, facilities everything was amazing.

It is a fantastic place. The children enjoyed the playground and snow sledding. The adult was healed by coffee, wine, and the surrounding scenery. Dinner prepared a special dish for the children. The bedding and towels were clean and smelled good. The staff was humorous and kind and always greeted us with their best.

it is in front of the bus station 10-minutes walk between Ost and West station in front of the paragliding landing area the kitchen is good , facilities also nice they have everything in the apartment it is a big apartment with two rooms and a shower room and a toilet room breakfast also good
