İsviçre, Lugano noktasında otel arayın

Ayırttığımız odalar dolu olduğu için aynı bahçe içerisinde yer alan continental parkhotel'e yönlendirildik. Oda içerisi, havlular, çarşaflar, tuvalet çok temizdi. yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı. ayrıca oda içerisinde klima vardı. küçük bir buzdolabı ve içme suyu da konulmuştu. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Ayrıca Lugano'ya inmek için ücretsiz toplu taşıt kullanmak üzere bilet imkanı da sunuldu. Kahvaltı dahil almamıştık ancak sabah kahvaltı kısmına bakıp, ücret vererek kahvaltı da satın aldık. Kahvaltısı son derece güzeldi.

Tesisin konumu Lugano tren istasyonuna yakın olan Paradiso olarak anılan bir bölgede kalıyor ve ambiyansı oldukça keyifliydi. Otelin fiyat performans dengesini gözeterek oldukça temiz bir konaklama imkanı sunduğunu söyleyebilirim, ayrıca otelin konumu nedeniyle göl etrafında keyifli bir yürüyüş yaparak Lugano'ya kolaylıkla varabiliyorsunuz.

Tesis son derece konforlu, temiz ve modern bir dekorasyona sahip. Ayrıca iyi ısınan bir daire. Misafirin rahat etmesi için bütün detaylar düşünülmüş. Geniş terasın harika bir manzarası var. Ev sahibinin ilgisi ve her an ulaşılabilir olması çok memnuniyet verici. Lugano’ya tekrar geldiğimizde burada konaklamayı planlıyoruz.

Konumu mükemmel,,Her yere yakın ve manzara harika,lugano gölü ile dip dibe oluşu mühtesem ,otelin dışarıdan görünümü çok güzel,otelin 100 metre yakınında VERACE PIZZA,dünyanın en güzel piyasasını yapıyor eminim,marketlere çok yakın,Monte san salvatore dibinde,merkeze 5 dakika yürüme ,,konum gerçekten harika

Oda geniş ve konum güzeldi. Lugano şehrinde bedavaya ulaşım yapabileceğimiz bir online kart verdiler. Teşekkürler! Fiyat/performans oranı iyi seviyededir.

The reception employees both Night and Shift were amazing, they guided me through Switzerland and other Europe countries. Surely it will not be the last time.

Easy access to city centre. Great pool. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Cristian Tiozzo and Florida.

What a truly special place. They have thought of every detail! Beds very comfortable and rooms really clean, and the spot is magical. Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. Location is brilliant for hiking. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

I loved the family atmosphere this hotel provides. The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was remarkably helpful. I asked for help with a doctor appointment for my wife and they were very cooperative and called and made the appointment. I very much appreciate their support throughout my stay. special thanks to Julian for going out of his way to help out.

Staff were amazing. We had a rough time earlier that day with some other accommodation and they took us last minute late at night and upgraded our room so we could cook some food we had and be comfortable. Can't tell you how much this was appreciated by us after a long day. Breakfast in the morning was very good and again the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
