We came with the train which was one block away, very convenient! Staff was very helpful and so friendly. Rooms were excellent and so clean! Very homey feeling! Airconditioning was a big plus! Beyond the usual amenaties at a 5 star hotel like great beds, beautiful room, we loved the attention to detail such as: chocolate welcome gift, daily water, light dimmer in the bathroom so it can be soothing at night (my own bugbear), a heated mirror in the bathroom that gave a small clear square after showering. we chose a balcony room facing the lake, on the second floor. stunning views!
