The view from the terrace and from the rooms is amazing, the staff is friendly and very responsive, the rooms are very well done and have everything you need. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the shower is fantastic. They even sell their own wine and honey, which are both delicious by the way! We stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay. The town of Bellinzona is beautiful with plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants very close by, not to mention the castles. We were here in the winter but plan to come back again in the summer as it must be absolutely gorgeous!

The owner was so friendly and the nicest person i get to know..she helped to solve my problem and even gave me a tour of Bellinzona the next day. The extra bed - pull out couch - was big and comfortable to sleep on. The hostess was very helpful! :) The location was near the train station and in very peaceful neighborhood.
