We were in the Star & Sky room which was fabulous. Lucas (front desk) greeted us and he was very professional and friendly. He provided us with all the info we needed for the area. The spa was a fabulous addition to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The design of the hotel was incredible and well thought out.

The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home. I loved the breakfast room, the area by the fire, and the sparkling water from the tap. The design of the rooms was amazing, making the space for our family of four feel large and comfortable. We walked from the train station, and could see the Matterhorn from our balcony.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

Perfect location, in the heart of the town and 5min walk to the ski lift. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!

Featuring a garden, a terrace as well as a bar, Hotel Tannenhof is located in the centre of Zermatt, 600 metres from Zermatt Railway Station. this was such a great property and the theming around the Locomotive was incredible. it didn’t feel overdone or like a “Train Place” but more a great modern homage to everything Swiss. Great wood roofing and flooring an amazing shower and balcony. the ambience is well set upon arrival.

I was lucky to secure a booking with nomad on my trip to Zermatt as most of the other properties were sold out or didn’t get good reviews .the standards of the hotel /facilities / restaurants / were one of the best i have ever stayed in !!Nothing is wrong or needs to be bettered or changed .I’d give it a 10

Jól megközelíthető, saját parkolós szálloda. A reggeli megfelelően nagy választékú, kávégéppel megoldott. A vasútállomás Zermattba az út túloldalán van. 2 bolt is van mellette, étteremmel is rendelkező szálloda. Ugyan minden centiméter tudatosan meg van tervezve, de mégsem fájóan spórolós. Bármikor vállalnám még egy hétig....😀

All the ataff were friendly. N we arrived at 9pm from luceren which was pass the dinner time as we booked the hotel room with breakfast and dinner. The receptionist and restaurant manager were very helpful n waited for us so we cld hv our dinner. Food was delicious. Room and facility was clean n well kept. This is the best hotel we have stayed in swiss so far.

Right from the time they picked us up from the train station, the experience was nothing short of WOW. The Hotel itself is very well located, right next to the Ski lifts. If you have kids, they'd love the entrance to the hotel, from a tunnel. The facilities and amenities at the property are all very good and efficient. Extra points for the staff who are extremely courteous and always ready to help.

Két szobát kértünk, az egyik háromágyas volt. Kihúzható kanapéágy volt a harmadik, de még így is tágas maradt a szoba. Nagyon tiszta és korszerű volt minden, az egész szállás nagyon családias és hangulatos volt. A reggeli benne volt az árban, nagyon bőséges és finom volt.

Nice and comfortable hotel with a great location (10 min walk from the train station), lovely touches everywhere, the place with a family business history and at the same time really modern. Really nice administrators can help you with everything and advise what things the best to do in different weather conditions. We also liked the breakfast. SPA is a great bonus. At the end of our stay hotel taxi drove us to the train station. Definitely recommend this place :)

The location is the best in Zermatt, the staff was very helpful spicaly Mr. Faisal, he was very kind and well knowledged. The concierge guys have answers for all my questions. And I am very sorry to forget the breakfast buffet manger because he were the best guy ever and has the most positive energy while serving people on the morning.

Great place to fully enjoy Zermatt and to relax. We were there for our 10th anniversary and got a very cute welcome surprise in our room. The staff were absolutely charming and kind. The real plus: view of the Matterhorn in the panoramic windows from every corner of the room: bed, sofa, entrance even from the bathroom. A special thanks to the kind staff for a remarkable stay!

The room was beautiful, well designed and planned. Loved the fact that there was a balcony (ideal if you want to relax and chill) but we couldn't get a view of the Matterhorn from there. The breakfast was good as well, but thee need to be more people there for service. e.g. we had dinner the same night we checked in and it took us a while to catch someone's eye - since there were literally 2 people there! Location wise, it is fine, cause we chose the hotel because it wasn't a long walk from the station.

This hotel is beyond my expectations. I stayed at Gornergrat mountain top 3100 Kulmhotel last time, but I think Riffelalp 2222m is better. The staff are so welcoming. When I checked out, they also provided service of sending luggages to Zermatt railway station directly, which was extraordinary. So I could go mountain climbing and didn’t need to come back again for the luggages. The facilities in the hotel were perfect too - nice pool, gym, PS4, kids playground… etc. And I love the breakfast here. I will definitely come back again!
