The hotel is very good, modern, clean, stylish. The location is very convenient. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. Room was spacious and had everything one may need during the travels. The facilities are very good, both the spa and the gym. Good choice of breakfast options. It was my second visit to Shanghai, chose the same hotel because I knew it was great from my previous visit. So, highly recommended!
