Yet even without this background, the hotel (at just 20 km from Brno) would make a very pleasant base to explore the Moravian Karst with its many caves and wooded hills – a perfect autumn getaway. The large pilgrimage church that adjoins the hotel and the pretty gardens are additional attractions. The hotel is tastefully furnished throughout (bedrooms, restaurant, conference rooms) and all rooms were spotlessly clean and well heated. Great views from the terrace. We also enjoyed two excellent dinners in the hotel's restaurant.

Nice hotel not for away from several caves what was our primary goal for this trip. We can use transport to the Punkva caves, then also just walk to another ones. On the place we can find three parking spaces, tourist information center or restaurant or fast food also with clasic Czech Smazeny syr and good beer.

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet relatively close to the important places of Moravský Kras. The place is clean and spacious, with extremely comfortable beds, and the hosts are very nice. The garden placed behind the building is really peaceful and pretty, with a great view of the surrounding fields and hills.
