Located in the old town of Lingen (Ems) in a listed historic merchant house built in 1888, Burghotel Lingen features free WiFi and pet-friendly accommodation. Clean rooms and facilities. I spent a couple of hours working on my laptop in the dining room. It’s a very cute and relaxing space.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Looken Inn offers newly renovated and centrally located accommodation in Lingen. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and warm hospitality. Everything was great - location in the city centre, warm room, all staff was very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! Next to the hotel are located two great places to go for dinner: the Steakhouse and Alte Posthalterei. We parked our bikes in the parking behind our car. But it would be great if the hotel had a secured place for the bikes.

An elegant restaurant, terrace and stylish rooms with free WiFi access are all offered by this hotel. It enjoys a central location in the heart of Papenburg, overlooking the historic Market Square. Everything about this hotel is great. The location couldn’t be any better/central. Staff is really helpful. Restaurant is good and prices are fair.

Set in the Emsland countryside, the family-run Altes Landhaus is located in the centre of Lingen. The hotel boasts a restaurant, a bar and rooms with free WiFi. Fabulous family-run hotel where you really notice their passion for hospitality. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly, great breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel, also excellent. For me though, the icing on the cake was the storage for bicycles. Never in many hotel stays whilst cycle-touring have I seen somewhere where they have gone to such lengths. Not only was there brand new secure storage, but it had also been equipped with tools and charging facilities for those on e-bikes (not me, but can still appreciate the effort taken to accommodate them!). A perfect stay.
