(Check the size of the room on the booking description, the room title can be misleading.) Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great and varied. Location good, only a few minutes walk to main square and other places of interest. Bathroom clean and shower hot.

The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast that was included was superb with plenty of food to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but this place is just great and the hosts could not have been more helpful, the communication was excellent and the coffee was the best ever. This small hotel is not only new (opened three years ago) but also perfectly maintained and super clean. Tucked in a quiet and safe corner, in a short walking distance to a shopping mall (2 mins away), taxis and ATMs, the hotel is also close to the city centre, so we even walked downtown (15 mins) and back in the evening. The beds meet the standards of a four-star hotel, so you can sleep comfortably after chilling in bed watching Netflix and resting before climbing Chimborazo.
