Sierra Quilama is located in San Miguel de Valero, in the beautiful Francia-Quilamas Mountains. It offers a garden with a pool, and air-conditioned rooms with views of the Sierra de Béjar Mountains. Amazing place, beautiful surroundings juast 40 minutes away from salamanca and ciudad rodrigo. Nice room, great meals and nice garden area with a small shallow pool. Fantastic staff aswell

This traditional, rural hotel lies in the centre of the charming village of La Alberca, in a beautiful natural park to the south of Salamanca. Very attractive but pricey stopover in this secluded village. (I understand it is much busier in season). Basic accommodation in a surprising colour scheme. The underground parking was a bonus, but not for a car much larger than mine. There was a coach party staying so I avoided dining in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent but extra.

Hotel Rural Porta Coeli - Dehesa Santa Lucía features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in San Martín del Castañar. Fantastic location for hikes from the hotel door. Good food and excellent service. Great to have dogs allowed in the dining room.

Set within Las Batuecas Natural Park, this hotel is 200 metres away from the medieval village of Miranda del Castañar. It offers rooms with views over Sierra de Francia Mountains. I think the fact that we stayed there last year for a few days and were back again this summer says it all!Just a short walk from the charming village of Miranda del Castañar and a good base from which to explore the surrounding countryside and equally quaint villages,and this time,an added bonus was that the small public swimming pool,adjacent to the property, was open!!!

Antiguas Eras La Alberca is set in the Mediaeval village of La Alberca, in the Batuecas Nature Reserve. This rustic hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception and free parking nearby. Super nice hotel owner, willing to share all local information, gave us a lot of good suggestions to experience.

Abadía de San Martín has a beautiful location in San Martín del Castañar, in the Sierra de Francia. It offers rooms with free internet and a hydromassage shower. Location excellent. Breakfast very good

Makikita sa gitna ng nakamamanghang Batuecas National Park at napapaligiran ng mga sinaunang chestnut tree, ipinagmamalaki ng Medieval-style hotel na ito ang mga napakahuhusay na facility at tanawin... Great hotel, very comfortable, well located. Fantastico spa! I highly recommend at least one trip to the SPA.

Las Batuecas is located in La Alberca, about 1 hours’ drive south of Salamanca. It offers spacious rooms with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. Free on-site parking is also available. Ideal location for walking into La Alberca. A good sized double bed, quiet at night just how we like it. A very handy lift that gives access directly from the carpark to your room floor level. Perfect for our one night in La Alberca.

This impressive hotel blends charming historic buildings with state-of-the-art spa facilities and a peaceful setting in the countryside outside of Salamanca – ideal for a relaxing break in rural... The village is very special and beautiful. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Very nice huge and clean bedroom with a lovely view. We felt very comfortable.
