Located in the typical white Andalusian village of Ojén, La Posada offers spacious rooms with Moorish style décor and a heated outdoor swimming pool. A lovely inn built around a traditional courtyard full of flowers and plants. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast served on the patio included fresh fruit and breads, homemade jams, and eggs made to order. Several nice restaurants around the corner on the plaza. The owner prepared an exceptional dinner one night. Good hiking in the area. The staff was wonderful in every way!

Located in Monda, 31 km from La Cala Golf, San Roque Suites de Monda provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Absolutely everything was perfect. From minute one, you will feel at home, surrounded by nature and finding peace to recharge batteries. Decoration is superb, house is full of spots to read a book, see the sunset or grab a beet. And breakfast is delicious (homemade)!

This beautiful rural hotel is located in the centre of the Sierra de las Nieves Mountain Range, in the Andalusian countryside between Marbella and Istán. Amazing place! Beautiful hotel situated in the mountains, 5 min drive to the nearest town. But there is actually everything you need (restaurant and pool - it was cold and rainy outside, but the pool was working) so you can just stay and relax in the hotel. The room itself was amazing (just as described!) and really beautiful with an stunning view, but I had to change it because of really loud neighbors (kids). The lady in the reception was very helpful (thank you so much!) and I got a nice, quiet room, also with a beautiful view and comfortable bed. Both rooms were really clean and have air conditioning. I also recommend the breakfast with a view and delicious coffee! This was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed in!

Featuring free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Hotel Castillo de Monda offers accommodation in Monda, 38 km from Málaga. Just WOW!!!! We were there in early January so couldn’t swim in the pool, but the the multiple lounge areas (bar, restaurant, reading room with fire place, outdoor terrace, garden) were so well curated and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. The food and service at the restaurant were fantastic. Highly recommend it!

Hotel del Balneario is located just 5 minutes’ walk from Tolox, close to the Sierra de las Nieves Nature Reserve. It offers air-conditioned rooms, a beautiful large garden and a restaurant. Location is really nice, nature all around and few minutes walk to the center of Tolox. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is also nice for the price! Swimming pool was closed at the beginning of April but staff recommended little pools in the river where to refresh for a bit.

Situated in the Sierra de las Nieves Nature Reserve, this elegant hotel has spectacular views over the Guadalhorce Valley. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool and a spa with a sauna and hot tub. incredible views, very nice setting and the food was really good quality and made from best quality ingredients

Set in Ojén, 41 km from La Cala Golf, Hotel Wellness Marbella Hills offers accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Very few guests when I was there, unbeatable price and private balcony with great views. Good breakfast and safe and free parking.

Housed in an elegant manor house dating from the 18th century, this hotel is situated in serene natural surroundings, in the town of El Burgo, Andalusia. The room was big, the bathroom is a nice size, the room got lots of light. View of cute streets. Friendly staff. They let us stir our bicycle in one of the lower rooms also we didn’t have to have them in the room. Nice courtyard in the back to hangout in.
