Hotel Colón Plaza is an elegant hotel opposite Campo Grande Park in central Valladolid, 2 minutes’ walk from the high-speed train station. The Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral are a short walk away. I travel in Spain for work nearly continuously and have stayed in many hotels over the years. I think this is actually the best I have encountered! The front desk staff was hands down the most friendly, welcoming, and helpful I've ever met. It was a pleasure to interact with them. On top of that, the room was large and very comfortable, the breakfast perfect, and the location 5 minutes walk from the train station. I will stay here again.

A partir de TL 2.603 per nitL'edifici on es troba l'apartament és magnífic, de gran arquitectura, al bell mig de Valladolid. L'apartament (molt més petit del que sembla indicar les fotos) està ben reformat tot i que no ben equipat per a estar-s'hi més d'un dia. Els llits són fantàstics, molt còmodes. No es pot dir el mateix del sofà (terriblement incòmode) i de la cuina (molt poc equipada). La televisió semblava tenir accés a plataformes però mai vam saber com fer-la anar.

We did not know of the Parador sites throughout Spain but so happy we found this property and will look forward to staying at another Parador property next trip. We had dinner and breakfast - both excellent food (local, typical cuisine) and good value. We definitely recommend staying here.
