Concejo Hospedéria is a beautifully restored 16th-century palace with authentic tiled floors and stone walls. Situated in Valoria la Buena, the chic rooms feature a flat-screen TV and balcony. Everything was perfect. I went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and I told the team, that made our stay unforgettable. They upgraded our room for our celebration, the breakfast was unreal, the attention absolutely amazing. The restaurant is a MUST go! And if you have time, do the wine experience, you won’t regret. Easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed, super romantic and full of history. Enrique, Angel, Lorea and everyone at Concejo, thank you very much! We can’t wait to return!

This restored 300-year-old flour mill offers elegant accommodation and a gourmet restaurant. Rooms at Posada Fuente de la Aceña have a private balcony, with views of the River Duero. The hotel is on the river bank, beautiful both inside and outside (with wild ducks and sometimes even a crane in the water). The room is a bit dated but large and comfortable. Very helpful staff (not fluent in English but getting the job done in Spanglish), great hotel restaurant.
