I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

Recently restored boutique hotel from 1929, located on the beachfront in Bakio. Exquisite architecture with attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the beautiful Bakio Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any requests. Despite a minor inconvenience, the exceptional kindness of the staff more than made up for it. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel.

At night it is a super quiet area. I loved the lavender fragrance that I received as a gift.

Plentzia es un poble encantador i tranquil, molt ben situat per fer excursions i caminar per tota la costa de Biscaia i disposa de varis restaurants de qualitat. First - the accommodation is adapted for wheelchair users. Not a single step to access the apartment which also has stunning views. Bathroom is also adapted. We loved, the location, the views, the staff, the relaxed atmosphere.

L'esmorzar es correcte, cap cosa excepcional, potser el preu es un pel elevat per el que hi ha al bufet lliure. El servei del bar-restaurant molt professional i entregat. La habitació en la que varem estar , era molt agradable, anormalment alta i algunes de les parets de pedra, realment agradable. El SPA està molt bé es un recorregut d'una hora. Varem fer un massatge que també va ser molt reconfortant.

Everything. We had a balcony oceanfront room. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was across from the hotel and it was easy to get in and out. The breakfast was served in the ocean view dining room. There are plenty bars and restaurants nearby. I would stay there again.
