El Seawood House Boutique Bed and Breakfast se encuentra en la pequeña localidad de Lynton, junto al estuario West Lyn River y al lado del Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway. The views are amazing, the property was just perfect and there is a footpath leading up to the town. The employee who was there on our stay took hospitality to the next level. He was attentive and so kind. Our remote didn’t work for the tv and I kept forgetting to tell him and we came back to our room done up and the remote already changed. The breakfast menu was amazing and so good!

Delicious breakfast ....very good assortment of pastries , cerals, fruits. The hot choices were very good and cooked to perfection. We loved the staff. They were all wonderful esp Jules, Freya, Lucy, Charlie. Dinner was superb. The fish n chips were an A+++ and we are from New England. The hotel is so steeped in unique history and each nook and crannies reflects this beauty. Our room ( #1)was fantastic.I The Secret Garden was indeed a lovely secret haven for afternoon tea.

Very friendly staff - I got a flat tyre on my motorcycle, and they nicely helped me sorting that out. Pity I haven't seen much of the area, will come again!

The owners had many small and excellent touches which raised the level of our satisfaction. We were immediately offered a thermos of fresh milk (usually one has to ask for this); there was very high quality butter with breakfast; the staff were lovely at dinner and breakfast; we enjoyed the food so much at dinner that we forgot to order a packed lunch, but they accommodated us when we asked in the morning at breakfast time.
