Staff: took the time to remember our names before we even got there, super hospitable, and always make sure to prioritize the guests. They went above and beyond for any requests we had. Room: cleanliness & amenities felt like a hotel, decor felt like home, perfect mix Food/bar: local bar is right downstairs (but split from the hotel side if you just need entrance/exit), what else could you want. Food was really good as well. They also have a sister restaurant that books out down the street! This is our favorite hotel that we've ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back, thank you to everyone at Lochindaal!

We really enjoyed the food! Great location to visit destilleries, the beaches etc from.

Port Charlotte Hotel is located in Port Charlotte on the shore of Loch Indaal. The conservatory and gardens open onto a sandy beach. Incredible location right on the water. Lovely staff went out of their way to welcome me.

The location was amazing. Our room was facing the ocean. It was very quiet and beautiful place. The staff was exceptional going above and beyond to accommodate us. Caroline especially was very professional in helping us and giving us invaluable advice on things around us. House keeping was very good. It was a wonderful experience.

Coral was really helpful. The place was exceptionally clean. We stayed for 2 nights and found it a great location .

It is a perfect location to explore Islay and just around the corner from the start of the 3 distilleries walk.
