The White Horse is a beautiful Grade II-listed pub in the heart of Dorking with atmospheric dining areas, serving an award-winning fresh and seasonal menu, and a cosy oak beamed bar with fireplace. loved the room close to entrance. Adam the entrance clerk was the most enthusiastic and did a great job out of a poor situation. Planes were cancelled at Gatwick so was suddenly fully booked in the middle of the night. Kudos for a gold employe. They accommidated late check out as well so really happy with the service. Room showed good taste in style.

Wotton House is nestled in 13 acres of listed gardens in the Surrey countryside, 3 miles outside of Dorking. Staff were very friendly. The food was excellent and the hotel is gorgeous. I am looking forward to returning

At first we found the bar staff to be vague and inattentive but then we met Lucy, the assistant manager who could not have been more helpful. The room we had booked had been given to someone else in a party but Lucy and the manager quickly sorted us out with two rooms rather than one and we were quite happy to have been upgraded.
