Best value for your money that we found on Crete. Clean pools, great ocean access, large rooms with views and good food. The facilities are dated but great value for your nightly rate. The staff are amazing very helpful and professional.

We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.

I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel. This is simply the extraordinary hotel with a pool in the calm and nice Platanes very close to Rethymno with amazing (and hardworking) dedicated staff, from the reception, restaurant to daily cleaning service. You can be sure that they will go extra mile to make you fully enjoy your deserved holiday. The hotel is well maintained and the bathrooms seem to be recently renovated. Everything is very clean. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and the view over the pool and the sea behind. The towels were changed on a daily level or when requsted and they were stocked by soaps. Complimentary water provided in the fridge on arrival. Amazing and kind reception staff is available for assistance at all times. The restaurant staff was always with smile serving delicious and varied food with lots of vegetables, that we liked. The AC usage was free and guests should check the booking conditions since this can be charged depending on the agency/booking platform through which the reservation is made.

We had the best experience we have ever had on a holiday. The room was cleaned every day to perfection, the staff were all extremely nice and really made us feel cared for. It is a bit expensive for our taste but it is definetely the best 4 star hotel you can wish for.
