While it is a "little out of town" -- a 3-minute walk to the center of Lavidia -- it is very easy to get to the main square and the village beach. The owner, Nicholas, met me at the ferry to drive me to the hotel and then brought my bags to me at the ferry when I left as I departed at 7 at night, that way I got to spend every last minute soaking in the glory of the island. Nicholas is very kind and helpful -- even grabbed my beach shoes for me that I had forgotten. Tilos is a gem and Tilos Fantasy was a great home on the island!

Dionysia and Michaelis were great hosts and looked after us well during our short stay. The accommodation was comfortable clean and well equipped. Close to restaurants and bus stop in Livadia. Very quiet at night. Very comfortable bed. Alex was very helpful and his tips were quite useful. Communication was very good.
