I booked unexpectedly a night at the Verdi Hotel because of a last minute LH flight cancellation. From a nightmare at the airport this became one of my best experiences in Budapest. Midway between the airport and the center, the Verdi has the most friendly, helpful and welcoming staff I met in town. At the reception and bar alike, all were eager to make us feel comfortable. The room and the bathroom were huge, there was a kettle, tea, coffee and filtered water for free. Room was very quiet. Delicious and diverse choice of breakfast.

I recently stayed at Hotel GIN Budapest and had a wonderful experience. The room's design was stunning, featuring a sophisticated and modern aesthetic that made my stay very enjoyable. The mattress and pillows provided exceptional comfort, ensuring a good night's sleep, which is often hard to find when traveling. The shower and tile work in the bathroom were impressive, adding a touch of luxury to the overall experience. Additionally, the room was equipped with a large TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Budapest.

We stayed one night as a stop-over on our travel through Hungary. The hotel is situated south of Budapest, outside a village on a large compound in a forest-like setting with spa (we didn't use), horses and a pond. The rooms are good size and the decor is fine for the price, but could use some updating and there isn't an elevator for the upstairs rooms. The restaurant is open until 20:00 (kitchen until 19:00) and offers a variety of dishes, we had the Goulash and Schnitzel, which was good. Very friendly, accommodating staff.

The staff at Vacz Hotel are exceptional & could not have been more helpful to make my stay a great experience. Vac is situated about 50km north of Budapest and is a beautiful old town situated beside the Danube River. Train services operate about every 30 minutes from Budapest Nyugati Station. Journey time is a little under 30 minutes. The hotel is clean & modern with a grocery store & very good Bakery 5 minutes walk away. A quiet peaceful hotel with friendly helpful staff very hard to better!

Paprika Apartment is a great place to stay when you need to be at the heart of the action around Budapest city center. It is closest to everything you need to be at, from getting in and out of the city because the E100 bus is just few meter across the apartment. Few steps from the apartment doorsteps is the Deák Ferenc tér. The property is just as cozy and comfortable, superbly clean and is surrounded by convinient stores and restaurants. Sylvia and Gabor were a great and kind hosts.

We had a marvelous stay! The apartment is very clean, spacious and has all the things that you may need (haidryer, iron, coffee, tea, bathroom set…). The location is perfect, it is near by various bars, restaurants and shops, but it’s still quiet! We especially liked very comfortable bed, lights above the bed and well equipted and modern bathroom. Also, the communication with the host was super fast and easy! Next time when we come to Budapest, we will stay, for sure, here again!

Great and cozy apartment! It has everything you need for your stay in Budapest. It was very clean and fresh. The owner is great, kind and very helpful with everything! Also, the apartment is in a very good location, close to the metro and bus stations, about 5 minutes walking distance and is also next to an Aldi store, in case you need to shop for anything. Definitely recommended staying here and we'll definitely come back!

Really an amazing place. It is clean and comfortable, also very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped , the apartment itself is extremely equipped as well. Our kid loved the bath tub where she played after the long day of walking. The host is very kind and helpful, thank you Julia! A great plus is the garage, which is indoor and completely safe and easy to access. We would return for sure if we got back to Budapest.

Excellent hotel with excellent location on walking distances from all major attractions in Budapest and considering the free parking in the hotel garage, there's no need for guests to use vehicles during their stay. Very good interior of both room and common areas with high cleanliness criteria maintained in place. Great job running this hotel, would definitely stay there on my next trip to Budapest.

The apartment is on perfect location. Everything was perfectly clean. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Every tourist attraction is very close. Good connection with public transport. Trams, busses and metro stations are just 300 meters away. Host was perfect. Great instruction on how to enter private garage and apartment. If we decide to visit Budapest, we will make sure to book the same Apartment.

Rumor Hotel is located in a repurposed old building (typical situation in Budapest, where old buildings have been renovated and put to use as hotels, beer gardens, fancy cafes etc). Rooms are spacious and cozy, the hotel is finely furnished and very clean. The staff is what makes the difference: super friendly, kind and welcoming, they make your stay truly remarkable. Always a lovely experience

Great place to spend one night. There is free parking, not far (by car) to city center. Free parking. Good breakfast. For money which I paid, it's really good option. Absolutely outstanding facility with roomy accommodations and everything you could possibly want including an excellent location in Pest. The restaurant attached to the hotel Costes Downtown (independent ownership of the hotel) featured excellent food and top notch service and tasting menu for dinner service…Kutos to Levi and Fannie who were our wait staff.

Situated in Buda the more residential and quieter part of the city of Budapest. The hotel is a short walk from the historic castle and Fisherman's Bastion. Wonderful views of the Danube and the Parliament buildings across the river. Staff at the hotel could not have been any more friendly or helpful. A very enjoyable stay.

Superb place to stay if your flight is put back six hours and your travel plans are changed. A good hotel, well organised, attractive, with helpful staff and good rooms. The bed was particularly comfortable. I would have preferred to go straight to southern Hungary on arrival at Budapest but this was a convenient alternative.

Again I went to a concert in Budapest, so I stayed in my house in Budapest. If last time I visited the museum in the House of Music, which is in the park opposite the hostel, this time I took the yellow metro before the concert and went to the Cat Cafe on Revay street. Coming soon, Baroque Hostel!

The location is excellent. The hotel is in the center of Budapest, very close to many attractions and also very close to two metro stations. I had easy access to all of Budapest. Hotel value for money. Breakfast was basic, nothing special. However, it was satisfying for me.

Buffet provided for both breakfast and dinner - varied dishes each day which were all excellent. Hotel is located close to the ferry and as we had taken the train from Budapest and then the ferry across the Danube, it was very convenient and also quiet.

Hostel location is fabulous, just 5 minutes walk from the centre. Very professional and friendly staff. Rooms are confortables rooms with spacious lokers, with accent chairs & coffee table. highly recommended for your stay in Budapest.
