Absolutely a gem. Location is on the dead end street very close to center of the town. Easy to find. Very quiet! The views from rooms are gorgeous. The equipment is great, all worked and was sparkling clean. And we really enjoyed the bed; it has the best mattress I ever tried. The apartment had a parking spot allocated to it and the hist made every effort to provide details, communicate to us logistics, etc. We hiked everywhere by foot and took the car to Etna only on one day. All in all, this is a wonderful place to spend time in Taormina!

The hosts were amazing. Because parking is so difficult in Taormina, our hosts suggested that we use private parking. Not only did they put our car in parking for us, they delivered our car back to us at the end of our stay, and drove us to a pickup point for the Mt Etna tour. Very customer centric. And we could see Mt Etna from the large upstairs balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine on the terrace in the outdoor kitchen. Furnishings were tasteful and everything was in good repair.

The amazing service by the owners, the location right at the city gate with no hills, the private garage parking, the giant room and terrace, along with a spacious bathroom, the roof deck with views of Etna! The location was fabulous. There are 2-3 very good restaurants across the street and next door, the hotel is a family business with a great history very well run and beautifully renovated, including an elevator, by the brother/sister owners. Great breakfast with wonderful coffee, we loved it!! Grazie!

This adorable and charming hotel is located in the perfect Taormina location. It's just steps away from shopping and restaurants. The breakfast room has a wonderful view of the sea and Mt. Etna as well as great food and coffee. The personalized service we received while staying at the hotel was amazing. The concierge made dinner reservations for us at the most delicious local restaurants for us each night (Trattoria Tiramisu was our fav!). Overall, great experience staying at Hotel Villa Taormina.

The location is unbeatable: perfect for a hike on Mt Etna and for those who seek a break from the sicilian heat. The staff is kind and always ready to help. It was my second time here at Hotel Villa Dorata and I'm glad I was able to find Marco again: such a great host! I had dinner at the hotel as I was too tired to go somewhere else and the food was really good. If you're going to spend one or two nights on Mt Etna I highly recommend Hotel Villa Dorata!

Everything!! The lunch and dinner was probably the best we had during our 3w trip in Italy It’s just the perfect getaway close to Etna, you are in the middle of nature with a magnificent views. if you are travelling with kids the playground is just so perfect to let them be while you relax! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable! The host and the staff are all very friendly and helpful! We loved our stay and we can’t wait to go back again!!

Great location to visit Etna and Taormina. Apartments are in a gated community with lots of parking. Super pool area and clean well kept garden and surroundings with many different types of fruit trees. Apartment was spacious, with a large terrace area and although not brand new was in good condition and nicely furnished/equiped. Nice coffee shop/gelateria and small grocery store are close by. Villa Galati is an oasis in Mascali.

Totally everything. The lady was very nice and helpful. The apartment is small but very good for 2 persons. Apartment was very clean and modern with very nice views of Etna and Nicolosi. Apartment is very close to Catania Centre and you have many restaurants to choose from nearby. Thank you so much to the host for welcoming us at her apartment in Nicolosi. Will surely recommend this apartment to our Maltese 🇲🇹 friends. Alla prossima 😊😊

This is one of the most atmospheric places I have ever stayed in. Quiet oasis, close to the town, but very peaceful place surrounded by nature - lemon and orange trees, beautiful garden, animals walking around, view at Etna and Taormina from the terrace. And this incredible smell in the air! Apartment was spotless clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and good breakfast. Definately worth the money, I will be coming back for sure!

Armando might be the most wonderful person in Italy. The house is lovely, great views across the Ionian Sea to Calabria. A comfy living area to lounge in. A cozy kitchen to have a caffè and chat with Armando. We went trekking on Etna, toured around the mountain, and had apertivi in Taormina. His house is located near everything. He’s a real gem, full of interesting ideas about what to do and where to eat. We were sad to leave

Location is amazing, incredible views of Mount Etna and pool is lovely. Apartment is modern and have all you need. Plenty of space to find a sunny spot either by the pool or beach or on one of several sun terraces or even on your own. The beach and pool areas are absolutely amazing. Can’t be beaten. By car you can move easily to supermarket or to go to city center. Parking place is a plus

Joshua greeted us when we arrived and gave us a very detailed and warm welcome. He set up 2 amazing tours ( private boat ride and private guide for Mt. Etna). Both were excellent! He also helped us with transportation to multiple activities and meals. He was so helpful throughout our stay. The other staff was excellent as well. We could not have been happier with the Hotel Belvedere.

Excellent apartment with a very friendly host always available by SMS to answer questions. Apartment a good size - 2 bathrooms with a beach view to the front and Etna clear to see from the rear. Parking easy and an excellent restaurant- Pizzaria downstairs. We really enjoyed the beach front sea views and big balcony and you can be in the water in about 3 minutes. Fabulous Stay

The hotel is placed in the city center, yet it is a quiet location. You may reach the central piazza in 2 minutes. We had a large room and terrace, with a lovely view over the main square and a glimpse of Etna. Very well trained staff, nice and polite at every interaction. Valet parking is available and it helps a lot in Taormina. Has a sky bar with various cocktails, wines etc

Clarissa, Ukrainian woman who checked us in, is an absolute sweetheart! Came to greet us(and assist with parking in the FREE space directly in front of the apartment building). Apartment was charming and well-appointed, with a lovely sunny balcony ensconced in flowers, with a view of Mount etna. Very close to the town/main street, easily walkable, 10/10

This B&B is unique. If you like to have accomodation with exclusive touch when visiting in Etna’s area this is good choise. Apartment was very style but functional. Everything was spotless and everything was in right place. Pool area is like a magnet on summer days. We felt absolutely wellcomed. Specially our host Elena was super kind and helpful person.

Etna's paroxysm the days we stayed was a pleasant surprise to say the least. In all honesty its a very good hotel. Breakfast delicious, the spa area a nice extra option if you feel like it, staff attentive + spoke good english(not that common in Italy). Mount Etna very close so a perfect stay if you plan to visit Etna early in the morning.

amazing location- 8 minute walk from city center!! pool is gorgeous- incredible view and lots of seating. breakfast every morning in lovely room with incredible view of ocean and mt etna. we were a group of 3 sisters and we ended up with two connecting rooms with a jack and jill bathroom- so much space for all of our stuff and ourselves!!

Apartment is new, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Close to the beach and the bus stop. You can easily reach any destination: Taormina, Catania, Messina, etc. From the bedroom you can see Mount Etna. Good contact with the owners- they respond to messages very quickly.They are nice and helpful.

Hotel is in nice place with a view to volcano. Have a big pool and close to the pebble beach other side of the street. Good rooms, nice shower tiles, everything working and clean. Beautiful garden with fruits. Restaurant food delicious, good service. Could order Etna region wine, friendly prices.
