Hotel Relais Des Glaciers - Adults Only is in the center of Champoluc, right next to a bus stop and 5 minutes from the ski area. It offers a spa, Wi-Fi internet and free parking. The location and facilities were great, but what made the greatest difference was that every single member of staff seemed to care about making our stay perfect.

Fantastic stay all round at this family-run hotel; excellent location halfway up the mountain at Crest, ski-in/ski-out, warm, welcoming and helpful staff and great food (plenty of options, and plenty of food (local cuisine)!). The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We woke up to a view of the sun rising over the mountains and the ski slopes from our bedroom window each morning - unbeatable.

The staff were super helpful. I had a private booking for one night and another booking with a group for another night, with one day in between for an overnight on the mountain. For the price of a late checkout, the hotel staff allowed me to leave my stuff in the room and come back to the same room the next day. They were very accommodating!

Loved the location of this property. In winter, you ski all the way down to the place. The accommodation is located on the red and black ski slopes. The views are amazing. You can admire the glacier and the beauty of the mountains. The breakfast is delicious italian, I missed the warm scrambled eggs. The dinner is from 5 dishes, food is delicious, but too salty for me. The rooms are very warm, simple but clean. Television with Netflix and internet. The host is helpful and kind. I would like to visit this place next time with my whole family.

Great family hotel with passion for people. Welcoming and friendly on all aspects. Hotel itself is located in Lignod 5km access to Monterosa ski on free Ayas shuttle bus. Style is of a warm and mountain deco from Valle d'Aosta. Also the family offer a great dinner option (la nonna e zia in cucina). A value for money set menu healthy and tasty. This is my 5th year coming at hotel Dofour and every year the owner makes me feel like I am at home in my own mountain hut. Clean and spacious rooms, a nice cozy spa area, super close to the ski facilities, good food, super polite staff always smiling and eager to help. Value for money at its best!

Swimming pool with the warm water to relax after the ski day, saunas, play room with table football, pool and table tennis. There was even a kid club where you could leave your kid attended if he is too young to ski (did not try, thus do not know details about the service). The rooms were quite nice, size could be slightly bigger (in my case the sofa was used for sleep thus occupied half of the room), but that was expected and exactly like shown on the photos. Our room was in great condition with a breathtaking view to the valley.

I have been there with my wife and a kid during summertime. Location is very nice, just close the chairlift to Punta Jolanda, which is an amazing place to visit. The hotel has also an available parking for free, just around the corner. Room and SPA was great, clean, comfortable and simply amazing, a real lovely place where to spend time with partner and/or family. Hotel has also a great restaurante for the dinner, which was full of local specialities, and the included breakfast was awesome as well. Annamaria was a great host, I recommend everybody to spend some time there and visit Gressoney.

The location and facilities in the hotel were amazing (great swimmung pool and sauna). The room came with a terrace (which we had for ourselves) with an awesome view on the landscape. Also, it's easy to reach nearby villages (e.g. Champoluc) with the bus or by a walk alongside the river. The friendly staff was always there to help out, in English as well, being it either extra wishes for breakfast or requests for a vegetarian dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located in Alagna. Simple but elegant and functional mountain style architecture, which results in a warm, cosy atmosphere. Great breakfast and late afternoon brunch included. Nice indoor/outdoor pool at their spa.
