This place was so well designed and had a lot more space than other places we have stayed at in Japan. It had comfortable beds, a kitchen and washing machine. Great foe a family. There was a 7-11 combini just across the road to buy meals from. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely polite, and even took us to the elevator and bowed politely to us before it closed. The other staff at the reception always greets and smiles to the guests. The property was also very close to Hiroshima Station. The room is immaculately clean, spacious if by Japan standard, with modern facilities plus a very welcoming atmosphere. This is the best hotel by far on all of my trips to Japan! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's location was excellent for seeing the bigger attractions of Hiroshima; the Peace Park, A-Dome, and the Hiroshima Museum were all very close. And to see the Hiroshima castle, there was a tram right out front that came frequently. There staff was friendly and I was able to keep my bag there for the day while I went and explored.

The room is not huge but has everything you need and very comfortable, even fridge and coffee maker. You can walk easily to main landmarks. There are many restaurants and shopping areas around the place. public transportation to/from Hiroshima station is just in front the hotel. There’s free breakfast and coffee everyday in and area in front of the reception, you can grab a paper bag with 3 different pieces of pastry and you can take it to your room. Free wifi with no connection problems. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Reception people, very young staff, always friendly. I highly recommend this place

We ended up getting an upgrade to a loft room which was super cozy. Lots of space, natural light, raw wood furniture, and a big tub/shower room. Great location right next to "okonomimura" with loads of Okonomiyaki restaurants. Fancy cafe in the lobby as well.
