The breakfast was lovely with very polite staff serving. Really nice safe location opposite one of the canals and on the edge of the town centre only 500m walk from the restaurants and shops with quick access to the national dual carriageway/motorway. Excellent value for money

The host and owner, Gerard, was very easy to communicate with and went beyond what you would expect to make sure I had everything i needed and that I enjoyed my stay. The location is great, close to the train station and an easy walk into the town center. I will be staying here again on my next visit.
