Unlimited free WiFi is included.... The location was excellent for taking the coach in from Queenstown - 2 minutes walk from the DOC office where the coach stops. The bath tub was a lovely treat after long hiking days.

Large and comfortable, everything worked. Quite. Nice bed. One of the reviewer here mentioned moldy smell , I did not notice this.

Situated in Te Anau, 7.1 km from Te Anau Glow Worm Caves and 7.4 km from Fiordland Cinema, Cottage 45° South offers a garden and air conditioning. Our host, Ian, was ready and available to show us the property and issue the code for the door. He made us feel very welcome, and informed us about the area. He was also able to answer questions regarding the festivities (it was new year's eve, and he was able to answer and when not sure, check what the near by area had to offer). The property itself was very modern, very spacious compared to photo. serene, and clam surroundings. had all amenities, everything- from kitchen to bathroom. it’s like a home away from home. nice touch, very welcoming host. loved the home baked cookies.
