Stayed for two nights - extremely clean with everything we needed provided. Very good, comfy bed. Really appreciated being able to take our small dog with us. Very nice hosts on property, but also a very private and quiet stay. Wonderful beach access on our doorstep as well as an nice private outdoor area. BBQ and spa very clean.

Celtic Motel is nestled in amongst the sunny Horowhenua township of Foxton, giving it a hint of 'country' and ensuring it is very peaceful and quiet, yet it is conveniently situated just 400m off SH... It was 200 meters from Highway one and close to the Dutch Molen restaurant and Foxtons fish and chip shop, both of them excellent. We took our fish and chips down to Foxton beach and watched the sun set. Our main like was our lovely hosts Leslie and Psul who wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory, which it was.

Boasting accommodation with a verandah, Nikau’s on Palmer is located in Foxton Beach. This self-catered holiday home has a garden, barbecue facilities and a log fireplace. Location is perfect and halfway towards town and the beach. Accommodate has everything that one could need with fire place, heat pump, washing facilities, etc. Owner left a nice welcoming muffins and small chocolate at the pillows of the beds ( nice touch).
