Hand down the best place to stay in Auckland! We initially planned on staying for 5 nights, and we ended up extending another 5 nights because we liked it so much. Great secure parking in a small suburb to the cbd with everything you might need. There's a mall 5 minute drive from there with movies, supermarkets, and more. The staff were AMAZING. Everyone we met was extremely nice and helpful. The room is big and spacious, and the kitchen was everything we could want. I'm really so happy we found this place. The value for money was incredible.

Simple in style but a real feel of luxe. Reception foyer was really nice to arrive in. Staff happy to book transport, print out etc for me. Room was beautifully arranged with enough surfaces and lights. Spotlessly clean, incredibly simple in its design, and yet intuitive/easy to function in the room…everything you could want from lighting to movable bathroom wall, lots of natural sunlight, two types of blinds, two different types of mattresses on the bed (so very comfortable that I planned deliberate sleep in both mornings). In-room breakfast of granola… generous portions of fruit. Shower was hot, loved the eco-friendly nature of the place. And of course the location… across the road from the ferries, waterside walks and viaduct eateries etc. Loved the automatic late check out when I made the online booking.

Wonderful Aukland, Wonderful Nature
Auckland é ponto de partida para muitos destinos. Recomendo que não se perca muito tempo com a cidade (apenas 3 a 4 dias são suficientes). Curtam a natureza e tudo que ela oferece. Visitem Waiheke (ilha a 50 min) e aproveitem para visitar as vinícolas (excelentes) e curtirem excelentes praias e dar boas caminhadas. A peninsula de Coromandel (a 2 hora de barco) é outro lugar paradisíaco (recomendo passar 2 a 3 dias lá) para curtir praias e trilhas. Se souberem dirigir em mão inglesa, recomendo alugar um carro e visitar todo o norte da ilha norte de New Zealand e suas baías. Na cidade de Auckland, recomendo aproveitar a gastronomia, que na minha opinião, em termos da culinária internacional, é uma das melhores do mundo. A Marina da cidade é ponto para várias visitas e conhecer os restaurantes. Recomendo o restaurante Portofino, na minha opinião, o melhor. Ah! vale a pena também visitar a Sky Tower, jantar no restaurante e ter uma visão de 360º da cidade. Auckland is the starting point for many destinations . I recommend not to waste too much time with the city (only 3-4 days are enough ) . Enjoy the nature and all that it offers. Visiting Waiheke ( island 50 min) and take the opportunity to visit the wineries ( excellent) and excellent beaches to tan and give good walks . The peninsula of Coromandel ( 2 hour boat ride ) is another heavenly place ( recommend spending 2-3 days there ) to enjoy beaches and trails . If you know driving in ingles hand , I recommend renting a car and visit all the north of the North Island of New Zealand and its bays . In the city of Auckland , I recommend enjoying the cuisine , which in my opinion, in terms of international cuisine , is one of the world's best . The Marina City is point to several visits and know the restaurants. I recommend the Portofino restaurant, in my opinion , the best. Ah! it is also worth visiting the Sky Tower , dinner at the restaurant and have a 360 degree view of the city.

We went there skiing in Whakapapa ski field! It's a nice ski field, there are only two options in North Island (Turoa and Whakapapa), and National Park is really close to Whakapapa, aprox. 20 km, so it's really good for those like us, that are really anxious to arrive early! :)
