Rooms were beautiful, convenient, quiet and comfortable, but we were hoping for a small fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool during a longer stay. Thanks to efficient, helpful and very professional staff at the front desk and the housekeeping, and the restaurant staff for excellent breakfasts - the best part of our stay! Really enjoyed the stay and will be coming back :)

FANTASTIC attention from the staff during morning breakfast (kitchen, waiters), I had so many vegan options presented for me, that I was shocked, there was wide variety of choices.

Mi razòn para ir a Katowice ha sido asistir a la Inauguración y a la Clausura del IX Art Naïf Festiwal, en la Galería Szyb Wilson, junto al barrio de Nikiszowiec, por la participación de mi hermana y mi madre en dicho Festival. Espero poder asistir también a la próxima edición del mismo el próximo año... Me gustó mucho el New Silesian Museum, con la historia de las personas que han vivido en esta zona de Polonia y cómo han ido cabiando sus vidas... Me gustó mucho el Etnographic Park en el Silesian Park... Me hubiera gustado mucho alquilar una bici, espero poder hacerlo en el próximo viaje.

The suite was much larger than we expected, the breakfast was much richer than the photo indicated. The pool, sauna, ping-pong, air-hockey, etc. were great. We ordered dinner from the menu in the hotel restaurant and it was always excellent. The views from the balconies were perfect too.

Our stay at Hotel Belweder was fantastic. My family and I (with two children) received the greatest attention, with the staff very willing to help and very polite. Love the location, right under the mountains, you can walk from the hotel and do a nice track there and back. Food was amazing, good service, although the waiter's English wasn't always great we've managed to always understand each other :) Room was decent size, tidy and clean! Spa was great, different saunas to choose from, good size swimming pool, amazing!

All perfect, staff is very responsive and friendly. An extra breakfast - huge portion of tasty local delicacies for more than fair price. Spa is small but fine for the skiers. Apartments clean and comfy, quite big. Main gondola in 6 min by car or 10 min by bus nearby, but smaller slopes center is much closer. Recommend

Everything! The house was amazing and extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. Comfy beds. Huge and beautiful garden. The location was perfect, within a short walk of the climbing centre, trails and two or three restaurants. We had a wonderful time here and would love to come back.

Great location, very peaceful place. The host was very friendly, met me when I arrived quite late. Nice suburbs to enjoy walking with the dog. Fenced back yard parking. The apartment has everything you need - comfortable bed, hot water, small kitchen with fridge, stove and tableware. I will definitely come again.
