Located on tranquil, tree-lined Orchard Boulevard, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is an oasis of calm in the midst of a busy city. The bed and pillows are amazing. I wish I could import that exact bed and pillows here to my home in Japan. The breakfast was always delicious and full of different options. I loved the variety and I would have to have stayed for longer (I stayed for 1 week) to have tried everything I wanted to try. The hotel is beautiful everywhere. The 190 (bar on the first floor) is great, the room service was also awesome (I ordered room service everyday, sometimes for lunch, sometimes for dinner and sometimes for a late night snack) and it was always brought up quickly and nicely served. The food I ate at the hotel was always delicious, nicely presented and so were the drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic). Basically, I liked everything during my week staying at the Four Seasons but if I had to pick one item I liked the most, it would be their employees. The service is AMAZING. The weather was overwhelmingly hot and rainy so I spent quite a lot of time in the hotel during my 1 week in Singapore and I cannot praise the employees enough for their kindness, quality of service and above all their smile always. If I had to pick 1 item that WILL make me come back, it would have to be their wonderful employees.

Henkilökunta oli todella palvelualtista, ystävällistä ja toi lisäarvoa vierailuun joka päivä. Palvelu oli hyvin henkilökohtaista ja personoitua, kaikki hoitui saumattomasti. Hotellissa oli erinomainen ruoka ja kivana lisänä jokapäiväinen canape- ja cocktail-konsepti. Upea hotelli ja vieressä kätevästi 7eleven sekä monia hyviä ravintoloita. Rannalle helppo mennä viereiseltä asemalta. Täydellinen paikka rauhoittumiseen ja esim. yksin lomailuun.

The location is a bit far from the city centre, but ideal for a short stay as it s close to the airport. Everything was clean and the staff was very polite.
