The hotel is a beautiful colonial-style building. Rooms are very spacious and clean, and have private balconies. Also, the swimming pool is really nice. The staff was very friendly. I had messed up with my reservation but the owner was really understanding and helpful and fixed everything. I really appreciated that.

Staff is excellent from the owner to the cleaning crews. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is delicious with many selections for local foods and fresh squeezed orange juice! Coffee, tea and fruits are available all day. My mother wanted to do alm offerings to neighborhood monks and the owner’s wife went out of her way preparing all for her. They’re very kind hearted! This is a boutique hotel you shouldn’t miss if you want to see local life.

Ruean Thai Hotel is located in Sukhothai, a 3-minute drive from Sukhothai Bus Terminal. It features an outdoor swimming pool and restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The receptionist was one of the friendliest people we have met in Thailaand, and was extremely attentive. The staff are attentive even when not needed, and all you have to do is look up and around for one of them to ask you if you need something. This hotel is brimming with old Thai charm, so if you want to stay in an authentic teak house, this is as close as I have seen. The courtyard with the pool was picture perfect. There's even a gift shop with handmade local goods, and the restaurant was fantastic. Beautiful artwork and antiques are all around.

Located 1 km from the entrance of the Sukhothai Historical Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Le Charme Sukhothai Historial Park offers a swimming pool, an on-site restaurant, free WiFi access, and... We loved our stay at this property, it is very well landscaped and felt very peaceful. The greenery added a particular charm to this location and it was very close to the historical park, we opted to walk there which took 20 minutes, you can also hire bicycles which would make this quicker. We enjoyed our massages here and the food was very good. The room was very well decorated and comfortable and our terrace overlooked a pond which was particularly nice to enjoy a morning coffee. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

For the price, this is a good option. Its located near to the night street market, which we liked, but the town itself does not have a lot to offer in terms of eating and attractions. The historical area is 12km away, 20 mins in a tuktuk 150 baht..... so if you choose here, plan to spend most of your day in the historical part and eat around there too. We noted some of the rooms said cleanliness was not up to standard but our room was fine. There was discolouration on the tiles and wear and tear in the bathroom which may give the impression of looking unclean, but it was ok. The staff are pleasant and helpful, they found us a lovely tuktuk lady who we used to get us around. If you hire a bike, choose the bike hire on the corner before you enter the historical park, its 30baht. Inside the park they are 4 x the price
