A great hotel located in central Kaohsiung area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious, and there are also snacks and drinks available in the afternoon and evening which was great. All the staff are very friendly and kind. The hotel is located a short walk from Formosa Boulevard, so it is easy to get around to the sites and other places in Kaohsiung.

It was a great 4 day stay in Kaohsiung...one of the best hotels we"ve stayed in. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Toilet was with a bidet and a very good shower. It serves wonderful breakfast and the best part of the hotel is that it offers a 24 hour coffee, biscuits and ice cream counter for FREE! Its just so awesome. It is ideally located near the Kaohsiung main LRT station and next to and near some halal restaurants too. Very convenient for muslim travellers. The staffs are just great too, really friendly and so helpful. Kindness hotel is THE HOTEL to stay when you visit Kaohsiung

The hotel offers a beautiful view to the harbor and the city. We enjoyed watching the fireworks a lot during New Year's Eve. Everything was very clean. *location : hotel is next to the metro station "Sanduo Shopping District Staition", Exit 3 *room view : our room was at 25th floor, which had an exceptional view over the harbor and over the city *staff: very attentive. we checked in earlier and left the bags at the hotel. By the time we got our room, our luggages were already in the room. *gym: was very clean! Staff checked on it frequently *breakfast: nice variation of western and asian food, the view is a nice bonus ;)

The rooms were big, the beds were comfortable, the staff was nice, it was in a great location, and everything was clean. In the lobby, there was also a 7-11, so if you wanted a snack, it was easy to get it at whatever time as you didn't need to go outside. There was always security in the building, so it felt extremely safe. Overall, it was a great hotel!
