The Thatch House Hermanus is located on the banks of the Hermanus Lagoon. This boutique hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. The location on the water and under the mountains is exceptional. Great ingredients cooked superbly were just what we needed after several 'fine dining' experiences! Fantastic staff who could not do enough for us.

Located in Voelklip, a suburb of Hermanus, Mosselberg on Grotto Beach offers heated pool and courtyard. This elegant boutique hotel features free WiFi and is a 5-minute walk from the beach. A magical place to stay. Amazing service, beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. Very helpful and friendly manager and staff.

The Hotel is powered by an inverter and solar panels for full service during load shedding times. The rooms have lighting outside on their patio's as well as inside the rooms. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Post House and will definitely return. They’ve got friendly and helpful staff that goes the extra mile, clean and spacious rooms, and a scrumptious breakfast daily. It is conveniently situated on the main road and is within walking distance of all shops and restaurants.

Located on the southern tip of Africa, between the mountains and the Indian Ocean, Agulhas Ocean House provides free WiFi and free parking. the house is very cozy, breakfast just amazing

Perched on top of the cliffs overlooking Hermanus’s Walker Bay, The Marine offers first-class splendor and elegance and a spectacular seascape, with imposing views extending across Western Capes... We loved our stay at the Marine. The staff was terrific, the food was excellent, and it was a great way to relax after a 17 hour flight. Highly recommend.

Located in Stanford, 13 miles from Vogelgat Nature Reserve, Springfontein Wine Estate has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Amazing time at the estate! The service, the food, and the farm were all excellent.

Set between two of Hermanus's best swimming beaches, Birkenhead House offers luxury accommodations in individually decorated suites. What an incredible stay. The room was so comfortable with a spectacular view. The attention to detail is so impressive. We can’t wait to be back!

Grootbos Private Nature Reserve offers luxury accommodations featuring spectacular views of ancient forests and the whale watching haven of Walker Bay, just a 30-minute drive from Hermanus. The location is second to none, incredible ocean and mountain vistas almost wherever you look, but what really made this experience something special are the staff, they are attentive, engaging and friendly. What really struck me about the staff is how much they actually care about your experience, always asking “can I help you with x” or “we can do y if that’s better for you” etc without skipping a beat!

Arniston Spa Hotel is located on coastal cliffs, just 1312 feet from Arniston Beach. It offers panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and features full spa facilities, a swimming pool and a restaurant. Beautiful view over the ocean from our room (no 1). The room was spacious and nicely presented. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.
