We were staying in the hotel for almost 11 days and it was amazing. Let’s start with the reception. I arrived at 9:00 am and they gave me a room at 11:30 am (even thought check in is at 3:00 pm)after the long flight it was a great start. The room was super clean, big, very modern. The food was so delicious. We loved it! Every day different types of meat, sea food, lots of fruits, vegetables and so on. The food was so good that we didn’t even want to go and eat outside. We did enjoy every single day of our stay in the hotel. Thank you very much for helping in all our requests, questions. We will come back with pleasure! 10 out of 10!

We had a great time at Anastasia hotel where we spent 11 nights and would definitely stay again! The whole staff was extremely nice and helpful and being able to enjoy 3 pools (one for babies) was a real luxury! Close to the bus stop and to the beach / restaurants + private parking for the rental car were great. We also enjoyed our balcony. The breakfast was super good and dinner had a wide range of dishes; something for everyone! The price - quality ratio was very good! It's a comfortable not-fancy hotel which was perfect for our family

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything we asked was provided to us and we were even advised on what to do and how to get to nearby places. Food was well made and quite varied. Breakfast was standard, but otherwise they had like 20-25 types of desserts only (on rotation). Good selection of healthy options. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day. Alcohol drinks are limitless, mostly straight drinks tho. Nice and clean pools, both for children and adults. 2 bars near the pools. Sun beds are a bit limited so you should be a bit more proactive. Animators were quite good. Varied program for children and adults. Activities throughout the day. Family oriented hotel, pretty quiet at night. Bus stop to any place on the island is nearby

The staff, super friendly especially the new generation. They know how to communicate and socialize with customers. The lifeguards r heroes there. They keep the slides safe for everybody so everyone can enjoy. They are lifeguards and not babysitters. Sorry it's just something I want to let the people know who are going there in the future. It's already very hard and difficult for them to keep the place safe so no accidents can happen. So please parents watch your children and to the grown up ones please respect the rules so everybody can have fun... Big and small kids and adults. The rooms and the hotel r kept clean by the lovely ladies. I really admire them everyday how they walk those hills and with their cleaning trolley.
