Really good wifi everywhere in the hotel. Smiley and kind staff. Spotlessly clean room and hotel in general. Daily room cleaning and towel change. One of the best hotel experiences in our life.

Loved loved the facilities for the kids. They take such great care of the kids that you can relax. Movie night, lunches and so many other actitivies for the kids, its awesome We stayed for 3 nights, but we wish we could've stayed longer. It went by too fast. Massages can be done there by the pool at a resonable price. All the waiters and waitresses were extremely friendly and always here to serve us. From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Staff are exceptional. So many I'd like to name, they all worked at the H20 and the staff also from 5 senses were great! Breakfast could improve a little, but other than that, the food and beverages are at a great price and can't beat the happy hours from 12 to 1 pm and 5 to 6 pm. Will we be back? P.s The main pool is very deep so not suitable at all for kids. The staff at the pool bar were so funny and friendly. From the very second we got there they had us in stitches lol. The buffet breakfast is delicious and there are two swimming pools to choose from. While not a "luxury" resort we liked how it tries to give a more authentic balinese feel and we had a lovely two night stay - our shower in our Villa was a particular highlight as it had amazing pressure! It's located across the road from Legian beach and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Overall it was a great spot for our stay in Kuta
