Loved loved the facilities for the kids. They take such great care of the kids that you can relax. Movie night, lunches and so many other actitivies for the kids, its awesome We stayed for 3 nights, but we wish we could've stayed longer. It went by too fast. Massages can be done there by the pool at a resonable price. All the waiters and waitresses were extremely friendly and always here to serve us. From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Staff are exceptional. So many I'd like to name, they all worked at the H20 and the staff also from 5 senses were great! Breakfast could improve a little, but other than that, the food and beverages are at a great price and can't beat the happy hours from 12 to 1 pm and 5 to 6 pm. Will we be back?
