the staff is absolutely stunning! they are very helpful. in the buffet there is old gentleman who help us and help our kids to make our breakfast and dinner delightful with his staff also the swimming pool was very clean and organized. including life guards and waiters were very helpful

I loved absolutely everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool is stunning and so close to the wonderful beach. The food is delicious and you have so many choices that you're not know what to eat first. And the best part is the friendliness of the people who are working there. Thanks to all the staff, especially my favourite waiter Karim. All of you made my stay unforgettable. If I come back, I definitely stay in Jaz again.

The location is inside the Kasbah, so far from the impersonal all inclusive resorts. The breakfast was an exquisite feast with all the local special delicacies (no full English in Tunisia thank you). So if you’re looking for a local experience, you hardly will get better than that.

The building is a beautiful 700 year old house. The rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff are very kind and helpful. You will really enjoy the breakfast. There are stairs to climb to the rooms. Do not expect luxury but you will enjoy the experience.

This is by far the best and the only one that should be 5 star. There were two other all inclusive resorts in Sousse, I won’t mention any names. The quality here is way better.
