Awesome welcoming staff. Lots of activities onsite and they were always willing to assist with anything. Food was awesome as well. Rooms had a beautiful view and when they heard that I had a bad experience with my other booking of a residence in hammamet, they even upgraded my room and apologized for what had happened. They were not even at fault but took care of me well.

The staff was incredibly nice and doing their jobs in a great way, the all inclusive package contained more than I expected, the room was perfectly clean, the entertainment great both on the beach and the pool, the hotel smelled great!
