Check-in was smooth, from valet to the reception. The female concierge was professional and very helpful as well- nearly flawless execution of our itinerary during our stay. Location was amazing and within walking distance to the beach. Spa and hotel grounds were gorgeous and impeccably maintained. We enjoyed our time in the cinema and eating outside on the terrace for breakfast. We definitely would have loved to stay for another night.

This resort hotel with adjoining 16,000 m² thermal baths offers a refined atmosphere for the whole family. We loved this hotel and we didn't even use the pools and saunas. We loved exploring Wismar and staying here was perfect! So clean, great breakfast.
