I was not sure if I should write a recommendation, because I'd like to keep this jewel a secret!! It's an absolutely amazing villa in a stunning environment - the view from the garden area over Palma and the Bay/Ocean is a dream! You can even see the Cathedral from the garden. The pool area is amazing (the pool lights at night are wonderful) and very spacious, the BBQ (Weber Grill) was super easy to handle and we had lots of places to eat outside. The driveway up to the villa is impressive, and you are welcomed by a nice view of the villa and the pool area. The villa is in a quite upmarket, nice area with other Villas and a golf court around and we felt safe all the time. The villa inside was comfortable as well, we were 6 people and had 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (plus a small guest toilet) and the Kitchen and Pantry was equipped with everything we needed (Spices, Salt/Pepper, Oil, Alufoil, Ice cubes in the fridge, sunscreen, etc). Everything was clean and the rooms had a really good size (even the 2 smaller rooms with sofa beds had a good size) - the biggest was the master bedroom with bad en-suite. 3 Rooms had access to the balcony with entrance to the garden area. Wifi was solid in the entire house and even really good at the pool area. The hand over of the keys was super easy as well as the check-out, the host welcomed me onsite and was super friendly, showing me around and explained all the building facilities very patiently - communication with the host during the visit was also super smooth and flawless! I'd definitely come back again to this beautiful villa!

Large room where all is fit as the one - living and bed room with kitchen with its separate toilet with shower. All necessities are there. Far enough for the couple. Easy access from the street. Quick check in and out. Owner in the house. Free parking in front of the house. We had a car so 20 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to the highway to get anywhere you want. Swimming pool is in the opposite house and think about city center transfer if you do not have a car.

I stayed here for a week with some friends. We had a great time at the house. The host I really helpful og available if we needed anything. The location is really beautiful. We had a great time here, and i would recommend to stay here!

Very friendly host Huge apartment with a very nice terrace. It was too cold for a swimming pool and we did not try it, but it is a great option for hot weather. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found all necessary dishes for cooking (my friend and I are very good in cooking and it was important for us to have possibly to cook very fresh and tasty Spanish seafood at home).

Lovely traditional villa, recently renovated and comfortable to stay in. Great location for access to downtown Palma, yet quiet suburb. Walking distance to the hillside park Son Roca and golf course. Easy to find parking available in front of villa, or in adjacent street.
