Villa Rudi er staðsett á grænu athvarfi í aðeins nokkurra mínútna göngufjarlægð frá ströndinni. Boðið er upp á afslappandi andrúmsloft fyrir fullkomna dvöl. This accommodation was something incredible to us. We were given a charming beautiful room with a balcony, a sofa and a big bed, all in blue, everything together looked just fantastic. It should be noted that we had originally booked a smaller room on the first floor and were very surprised by this pleasant upgrade. The owner is a very nice person speaking great English, pity we could only spend one night here. The place looks like a fairy tale and is very close to the sea. If we have the chance we will definitely come back here.

Ten minute walk into town, which meant it was easy to access all the bars, restaurants and shops, but lovely and quiet for a great night’s sleep. The property itself was lovely, a very comfortable bed, loads of storage space for clothes. The bathroom was fantastic - a great shower, very powerful - ideal for freshening yourself before and after a big day. It must be added it was absolutely spotless and clean, as was everywhere in the house. There’s a lovely little spot outside where you can sit and enjoy the sun - we really appreciated this because we have no garden! Perfect for starting your day with a coffee and orange juice (or something a little stronger later on). Ira and Andrej the owners are really lovely people. We arrived late, and they did their best to stay up to greet us (we were scheduled to arrive late, were delayed on top of that to make matters more difficult!) but our fantastic hosts made it very easy for us to gain access to the property. We chatted to Ira and Andrej a lot during our stay - they were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They couldn’t have been any friendlier or more helpful - and Don the Dog was absolutely brilliant! He’d come and check us out and say “hello”.

We were impressed by the luxouriosly furnished spacious interior of the villa, with the dining-living room glass-walls opening to the front terrace with a swimming-pool (heated). And a small, cosy sauna is located at the ground floor too, with direct exit to the terrace and the pool. The in-house wine-cellar is offering delicious domestic wine. In the first floor, apart from the 4 elegant, spacious bedrooms with modern, open bathroom-facilities, there is also a fitness room. The hosts were very friendly and caring, looking after our well-being as if we were family. They contacted us prior to arrival to arrange everything about our reception. Upon arrival, they showed us around the villa and explained the technical issues. They took care of every detail, even salt, vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee, dish-washer tabs, fresh sponges and cloths for the dishes. There was a wealth of cooking pots, modern plates, glasses, cutlery, and also a set of high quality knives. Apart from usual kitchen appliances there were a microvave, espresso machine, toaster - everything one may need. What impressed us additionally were the lovely arrangements of pralines which our hosts prepared as a welcome. And the Christmas decoration too. The location is stunning, overlooking the city of Zadar, the sea and the nearby islands. We had an exceptional experience enjoying the great view of the midnight fireworks at the start of 2024.

The accommodation had a great location with a unique private access to the beach and sea. Complete privacy in the middle of nature. Accessible by car. The house was fully equipped and had all we needed - everything new and clean. Amazing hospitality from the owner, he made sure we had everything needed. Fluent english and quick communication, answered all questions, gave advice regarding ferry, sightseeing etc. on the island.

It is the best place if you want to stay in a quiet and cozy place, right near Zadar, where you can relax. The place had everything, we were pleasantly surprised. The hosts are very helpful, very responsive, and kindly helped because we had a lot of questions. I would recommend this place to everyone!
