Everything about the Hotel Accommodation, 10/10 room, bed, sheets & pillows made for a great night sleep, location, breakfast was fantastic & especially the staff accommodated all our needs. We appreciated the time taken to make our stay wonderful, as we were international family we felt safe at all times. We all participated in the River Rhine swim, staff provided extra bags to do so, with the fast currents which was a highlight of our stay. Thankyou!

Set in Basel, 400 metres from Jewish Museum of Basel, SET Hotel.Residence by Teufelhof Basel offers accommodation with free bikes, private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. stuff was really friendly, facilities were great standard and bathroom was well equipped.

Newly built in 2014, The Passage in Basel is a centrally located design hotel featuring a sauna, a fitness centre, free WiFi access and air-conditioned rooms. The location close to the Old city was great. Also had a nearby bus to the main train station. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, and on checkin they changed our room so we could get straight in at 11am. The room was spacious and very clean. It was also very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample storage space. The fridge was convenient. The bathroom was just fabulous. The walk-in shower was enormous, with a rain shower and lots of hot water. Range of toiletries supplied also. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Enjoying a quiet location in the heart of Basel, the Radisson Blu Basel Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the central train station and features a great indoor pool. Easy to access. Comfy and clean facility (might be best around my visits) and kind stuff

Steinenschanze Stadthotel is less than 5 minutes' walk from Basel's city centre and the university, close to historical buildings and the old town. Very clean and comfortable. Great pillows!The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a free welcome drink on arrival. The location is great being close to the old Town and a bus stop is opposite the hotel which is very handy.

AVLiving City Loft Basel is located in the centre of Basel, 200 metres from Kunstmuseum Basel and 400 metres from the Architectural Museum. Free WiFi is offered. The location--a short walk to grocery stores, tram stops, the Rhine, and the famous Basler Art Museum--is wonderful. A city tax, payable upon check-in, rewards guests with an unlimited tram/bus ticket for free travel on the entire Basel public transportation network. The apartment, accessible by elevator, was quiet and spacious, including a balcony with seating, a large bedroom with generous storage space, and a larger sitting room and full-equipped kitchen area. Re-charging outlets for electronic devices next to the nightstands were convenient. The shower/bathtub and sink are in one room, a toilet and tiny sink in another. We especially liked the superior body and shampoo liquid soaps. All the fixtures are very modern. There is a washer and dryer in a hallway room nearby.

Set very close to banks of the River Rhine, this designer hostel is next to the old city gate of St. Alban. Very clean and comfy hostel, reception staff were lovely and accomodating. Was leaving very early in the morning before the free breakfast started so they made me one out of hours - best jam, bread and coffee I’ve had this trip!
